      DESCRIPTION
      This marvellous oak display cabinet was rescued from a rather exciting house in Cheshire that was the venue of many a tryst in the 1920s. One night there was a great ball and the house was raised to the ground. Three things were saved, one being this delightful oak cabinet with painted interior. The interior, with my signature polka dot was taken from old French linen that I fell in love with. The wash of colour on the cornice and plinth finishes the Oulton with perfect symmetry.
